FYI - we have finished for the week, however there are still further court hearings required mainly as a result of the delaying actions of the usual intervenor. We continue to reiterate that have not heard anything new or unexpected and do not believe there is any substantive reason the judge will not approve the restructuring. The next hearings are due on 28 Dec with judgement expected in January.
We are frustrated as we had hoped that this process would be finalised - however, we need to comply with the process in the Seychelles. We are committed to ensuring that we get this restructure approved for the benefit of all creditors and not allow the self interest of one individual to impact this.
