FYI - we have finished for the week but there is still evidence and submissions being provided by a last minute interruption from the usual intervenor. We have not heard anything new or unexpected and do not believe there is any substantive reason the judge will not approve the restructuring. The next hearings on 22 and 23 Dec. We will update you then.
