We'd like to provide more information about the recent conversion from FLEX to OX tokens on July 18, 2023. You have several options: 1. Hold your OX tokens on CoinFLEX. 2. Transfer your OX tokens to a personal wallet. 3. Stake your OX tokens in the OPNX Herd staking platform, compatible with ERC-20 MetaMask wallets. If you choose to stake, you are still eligible for a 1:125 bonus when staking OX for 3 months. Currently, staking is only supported on ERC-20 (Ethereum). To claim this bonus, please reach out to us at support@coinflex.com after staking. Once we confirm the staking duration and that the source of OX is from the FLEX conversion, we will manually issue your bonus.

Dear CoinFLEX Community, We are excited to announce that following scheduled maintenance on January 31st, the funding rate for perpetual futures will no longer be based on an hourly repo auction. Instead, it will be determined by the following formula: Premium Rate = TWAP of ((Mark Price – Index price) / Index price)  Funding Rate = (Premium Rate + clamp(-Premium Rate, Max%, Min%)) / 24 Any open positions and orders will remain open. Any pending deliveries will be cancelled and need to be re-submitted as regular orders in the repo market as repo will no longer feature hourly auctions. Generally our philosophy is to focus full time on whatever we’re focusing on. Also to create as much value for CoinFLEX creditors as possible so as to recoup their funds. We're not talking much about unannounced matters - but are really looking forward to an amazing 2023.

FYI - we have finished for the week, however there are still further court hearings required mainly as a result of the delaying actions of the usual intervenor. We continue to reiterate that have not heard anything new or unexpected and do not believe there is any substantive reason the judge will not approve the restructuring. The next hearings are due on 28 Dec with judgement expected in January. We are frustrated as we had hoped that this process would be finalised - however, we need to comply with the process in the Seychelles. We are committed to ensuring that we get this restructure approved for the benefit of all creditors and not allow the self interest of one individual to impact this.

FYI - we have finished for the week but there is still evidence and submissions being provided by a last minute interruption from the usual intervenor. We have not heard anything new or unexpected and do not believe there is any substantive reason the judge will not approve the restructuring. The next hearings on 22 and 23 Dec. We will update you then.

Dear CoinFLEX Community, It has been a while since our last update on the Reorganization process. As you are aware, our priority has been to implement the Scheme of Arrangement, which was overwhelmingly approved by the creditors. We are pleased to advise that the Seychelles Court ruled on Friday 4 Nov 2022 and Tuesday 15 Nov 2022 that the legal interventions (by the Individual and the wholly owned subsidiary) to the Scheme of Arrangement, which had prolonged the court approval process, were rejected based on the arguments put forward by CoinFLEX. The court ruled that the Individual had not come to the court with “clean hands”. We believe that the Court understood the ulterior motives for his intervention. We are encouraged by this outcome.
